Ian 1 - The Sadact pirate game dealer 0!

Yup, I got tough with the dude with a beafy email standing my ground, making myself the alpha of all males. As the Pillock replies a buntch of terrible excuses to make me think that the game is real... Here's the emails.

What I sent him...

I would like to enquire about the game that I received this morning. I believe this is not a real GameBoy advance game, there is a few tell-tell signs.

You said the game was new, so I assumed that it was sealed, which it was not.

The instruction manual supplied is for the Nintendo DS version of the same game, not the GameBoy Advance version.

There’s a sticky label over the cartridge with Chinese lettering over it, this does not appear on any of my other GameBoy Advance cartridges.

The print of the box is incredibly bad, the actual retail version comes in a metallic silver box, and it isn’t a limited edition packing, they all come like that.

GameBoy Advance cartridges have the “CE” logo printed onto them, the one you gave me isn’t. Same with the Nintendo Official seal

PEGI, Pan European Game Information, as it says is a European organisation. Whilst everything else on the box is printed “Printed in the USA”, not Germany.

When you send Signature mail, you’re supposed to print your name and address on the label that is attached to the back of the envelope. The Post Office should’ve asked you to do this.

As long as you give me a full refund, including the P&P, I will send the game back to you and not report you eBay. If you ignore this email or not agree to give a refund I will report you to eBay and make sure I get my money back. I have not played the game, and I’m not going to, if you want me to return the game to you, it will be fine to me as long as you give me your address. As we live in the same town I could “possibly” return it by hand (depending on how far away you are). However I must say that if you are continuing to sell these items of this quality you should stop immediately as it is against the Law.

What he replied...

hi thanks for email.

1. the game is new and i did not say that it came sealed.

2.the instruction manual is just listed as a booklet.

3.the sticky label is so the supplier knows if it has been tampered with.

4.the box is from the u s a.

This game is an import, which it states on the selling page. It works fine on the gameboys and has english instruction on the screen when you are playing it. This game has cost you at least half the price of what it would on the highstreet. I'm not sure what you where expecting for this money!!!

when you are bidding on this item it tells you i do not refund the postage only the price of the game!!!! please send game back to me within 3 days to the address below

I would just like to point out that the game isn't out in the US, plus the US don't use PEGI, they use ESRB. And why would I find Chinese text on a US cart anyways!? Plus you could always try getting the right manual for the game at least...

Ian = A clever person

Seller = A stupid fucking bonified moron who should have his eyes burnt out with acid...
